Alliance treaties are established agreements made by two or more alliances normally for Military Defense. Occasionally treaties will also be used for Economic reasons. When more than two parties sign the same treaty (almost always a military defense treaty) amongst each other, this is referred to as a Bloc. Spheres are a network of treaties that surround a major alliance or a major bloc, and includes the Alliance/Bloc in the center and it allies. Spheres may also include allies of the allies of an alliance/bloc.
